The raffle sales usually constitute the Worcester Square Area Neighborhood Association's primary source of revenue. While the Association operates by committed residents who volunteer their time at no cost, funds are needed for the operating expenses of the association:

  • Publicity and communications
  • Website maintenance
  • Postage
  • Copying
  • Annual corporate filings
  • Etc

These funds enable the Association to have the resources to effectively represent the interests of residents and improve our quality of life. Funds are also used to underwrite special projects and events that may be approved by the association's members: Jazz Concert, Children’s Halloween, Party Tree Lighting, etc. Also, subject to having sufficient funds, the Association makes a financial contribution to a non-profit organization located in the neighborhood. In the past, the Association has donated the remaining money to a neighborhood charity.

WSANA would like to thank all the businesses that generously donated to our raffle and urges all WSANA residents to continue to support them in return!
